Against the backdrop of increasingly severe global climate change and environmental protection, as participants and contributors in the photovoltaic equipment and component manufacturing industry, we are deeply aware of the urgency and importance of achieving green and low-carbon development. For this reason, our company solemnly promises to take active actions and strive to become a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic equipment and components for zero-carbon (near-zero-carbon) supply in the industry. The following are the specific commitments and action plans we have formulated to achieve this goal:

I. Carbon Emission Target Setting

Short-term goal: Within the next three years, through the implementation of a series of energy conservation and emission reduction measures, achieve a 20% reduction in carbon emissions per unit of product compared to the baseline level.

2. Medium-term Goals: By 2030, strive to achieve near-zero carbon emissions in the overall operation of the enterprise and further reduce the carbon emissions per unit of product by 30%.

3. Long-term Vision: Pursue comprehensive zero carbon emissions, continuously explore and innovate low-carbon technologies, and set a benchmark for the green transformation of the instrumentation and metering industry.

Ii. Optimization of Energy Structure

Increase the proportion of renewable energy utilization, such as solar and wind energy, and ensure that by 2025, renewable energy accounts for more than 30% of the total energy consumption of enterprises.

2. Gradually phase out old equipment with high energy consumption and low efficiency, introduce high-efficiency and energy-saving production equipment and lighting systems, and reduce the consumption of fossil energy.

Iii. Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Measures

Implement lean production management, optimize production processes, and reduce waste of raw materials and energy consumption.

2. Promote the use of environmentally friendly materials to reduce the emission of harmful substances during the production process.

3. Strengthen equipment maintenance to ensure its efficient and stable operation and reduce energy waste caused by malfunctions.

Iv. Promotion of Green Production

1. Establish a green supply chain system, encourage and require suppliers to take environmental protection measures, and jointly promote green production.

2. Promote the circular economy model, implement waste classification, recycling and reuse, and improve the utilization rate of resources.

3. Strengthen the training of employees' environmental awareness and create a green corporate culture atmosphere.

V. Carbon Footprint Management

1. Establish a sound carbon footprint management system and conduct regular carbon emission accounting and assessment throughout the entire production process.

2. Develop special improvement plans for high-carbon emission links and implement precise emission reduction.

3. Adopt digital tools to achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of carbon emission data.

Vi. Supply Chain Management

Strictly screen suppliers and give priority to those partners with environmental protection qualifications and low-carbon production capabilities.

2. Establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with suppliers and jointly formulate and implement low-carbon supply chain management strategies.

3. Encourage and support suppliers to carry out green transformation and upgrading, and jointly promote the low-carbon development of the industry.

Vii. Supervision and Evaluation

1. Establish a dedicated environmental protection supervision team to oversee the implementation of various low-carbon measures.

2. Regularly entrust third-party institutions to conduct carbon emission audits and assessments to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data.

3. For departments or projects that fail to achieve the expected goals, formulate rectification measures and follow up on their implementation.

Viii. Information Disclosure and Commitment

Regularly disclose the enterprise's carbon emission data, reduction achievements and future plans to the public, and accept public supervision.

2. Actively participate in energy conservation and emission reduction activities organized by the government, share successful experiences, and promote industry exchanges.

3. We will firmly fulfill the contents of this commitment letter. If there is any violation, we are willing to accept the corresponding legal responsibility and social condemnation.
