Stability of the back electrode protective film (imported transparent film vs. paint printing) of amorphous silicon thin film battery

1. Laser insulated protective wire is used around the product.

2. The back electrode is protected by imported transparent film (in line with ROSH standard) and compared with printing paint.

a. Imported transparent film can withstand high and low temperature {- 45 ℃ to 150 ℃ 》 without deformation and falling off.

b. The battery sheet is well waterproof and sealed around, and the paint printing (it will expand and separate or even fall off when encountering water) will slowly penetrate through the battery line, which will directly lead to short circuit of the battery, thus affecting the performance of the applied product.

c. Compared with products printed with paint, solar lamps are usually used outdoors and often encounter severe weather (wind, rain and sun). The surface of paint products will fall off after encountering moisture, causing silicon film corrosion and greatly reducing electrical performance. Through experimental comparison, they can not pass the application at points a and b in five working days. (As shown in the figure)

3. Solder joint stability (magnetron sputtering).

a. The back battery adopts pure nickel vacuum coating.

b. Solder joints can be repeatedly welded with ordinary soldering tin without any flux, increasing the operability of customers in the production process.

c. Solder joint firmness: the strength that can be borne by the connection between the solder joint and the wire, even if the wire is pulled off, the solder joint will not fall off. (As shown in the figure)
